I would wait alittle while and see if her husband takes up the slack,this may be just what it will take.He needs to learn responsibility,on the other hand don't let your sister go hungry because she is unable to work.She will be back ON her feet in 6 weeks or so. 5 years ago 1 person rated this as good This is what my folks and I came up with as well. And when we do give monetarily, it will directly paid to her car pmt or mortgage, or buying the groceries so she can't let her hubby spend it on non-essentials.
