You're right to worry about it interfering with nursing, and you are exhausted too. Try to pump in between, and try to nurse her as often you as you can of course. Turns out she was getting plenty of nourishment from me, so they told me I could stop the formula. She gained 6 oz in a day. Then several hours later they got the blood work back and her levels dropped from 17 to 12.1 in 24 hours so we were able to take her off the lamp. All is well now.

My kidneys hurt and I have no health insurance. Any Home cures other than cranberry juice and burnt toast?

I just don't get this health care bill. The Congressional Budget Office has run the numbers and determined that it will save ZERO dollars, and still they keep pushing this turd. Hi PlatoHallelujah!! Praise be to all the powers that be.25 years ago I used to do youth work with young people who were barred and excluded from every facility in the area. The LA would only allow us a beat up old minibus that no-one else wanted because of the young people's fearsome reputation. It was always breaking down in remote areas.The young people were appalled that a little, middle aged woman was to work on her own with them so they gave me their protection.One young lad was a whizz at emergency motor repairs and did countless repairs on the old minibus.We went rock climbing, canoe racing on the lake, building a temporary bar-be-cue all with no mishaps. I had no training in any of these activities but followed the groups wishes.Each activity ended with a discussion on their past week and they would award themselves points and suggest alternatives to the past week's confrontations.The points system translated as a bag of chips for a reasonable week, chips and curry sauce for a good week and chips curry sauce and a pickled onion for star performers.It was a real character building group and people in the area were suspicious of the group's improved behaviour.None of this would have been possible in today's world of Health and Safety madness. The young people thrived on the adrenalin surge from the activities.By the way, I thought they should hand out punishments in the group. Not a good idea. It started off with 100 press ups over a muddy puddle!! That's when I brought in the carrot and stick approach of the points system for the chips.Best wishes. Awwwww…I am sorry for your situation.You really DO need some kind of an organized routine to go by.You really need to find an organization group in your area that will help you manage and also help you to organize a routine.A daily routine,someone to come in and relieve you for a while,so you can have some down time.A respet worker….I don't know if I even spelled it right or not.But,I do know that there ARE organizations that will/can provide some kind of help for your particular situation.I suggest that you take some time,make some calls and just start investigating these places on your own.It will take some time,but it will be well worth the while.I hope all goes well with you and your child…:) 2 years ago a litte compasion is welcomed
